摘　　要：为培养综合实践能力强的优秀本科毕业生,探索中药教学实验中心的管理模式,确定了"以学生实践能力培养"为核心的管理模式,通过几年的实践,中药学专业学生的综合实践能力和综合素质有了较大提高。In order to train excellent student possessing comprehensive ability, management mode of teaching laboratory center was explored. Management mode, which training practicing ability of student was kept as the core, was established. Comprehensive practicing ability and compositive diathesis of student was enhanced through practice.
