家长参与式护理指导对早产儿家庭护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨出院前对早产儿实施家长参与护理实践的方法与效果。方法:将我院收治的124例早产儿按出院先后顺序分为对照组60例和观察组64例。对照组早产儿出院时采用常规出院指导,观察组早产儿在出院前连续3 d让家长在专人指导下参与患儿日常护理实践的出院指导,比较两组出院早产儿的家庭护理效果。结果:观察组患儿出院后家庭护理中出现的喂养问题、脐部问题、皮肤黏膜问题、体温管理问题低于对照组(P<0.05),家长日常护理操作熟练合格率及对护理工作满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早产儿出院前由家长参与护理能有效提高家长对早产儿的护理能力,减少早产儿出院后的护理问题,提升早产儿的家庭护理质量,提高家长满意度,促进早产儿健康发育。Objective：To discuss the effect of instruction models in which parents participate in premature birth＇s nursing care pre-leaving hospital and how this work on family nursing after leaving hospital.Methods：124 premature birth cases in our hospital as samples,and divided them into control group of 60 cases and observation group of 64 cases in time sequences of leaving hospital.The control group of premature infants at discharge used conventional discharge guidance,observation group of premature infants parents participate in daily nursing practice under the guidance of the hand on 3 consecutive days,compared the nursing result of the two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.Results：It＇s obvious to find out that parents in observation group faced fewer obstacles than contrast group in family nursing after leaving hospital and parents in observation group had a better satisfaction and daily nursing proficiency.Conclusion：The participation of parents of premature birth infants can effectively enhance their family nursing capacity and lessen difficulties after leaving hospital.And it also increases the quality of family nursing and satisfaction of parents,which in result promotes the infants＇ health.
