乳腺癌化疗患者不同路径静脉输液的对比分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同静脉通路在乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取148例接受AT方案化疗的乳腺癌患者,将其随机分为3组:经锁骨下深静脉穿刺中心静脉置管组56例,经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管组42例,外周静脉留置套管针组50例,比较3组患者并发症、舒适度、医疗费用。结果:在管腔堵塞、费用消耗、一次性谈话接受操作等方面,静脉留置针组优于另外2组(P<0.05),而在液体渗漏方面劣于另外2组(P<0.05);在导管脱出、静脉炎、健侧上肢活动受限、舒适度等方面,经锁骨下组优于另外2组(P<0.05)。结论:经锁骨下静脉中心静脉置管使用安全、并发症少,是值得推广的化疗静脉输液途径。Objective：To discuss the application effect of different venous transfusion metherds in patients with breast cancer who received chemotherapy.Methods：148 breast cancer patients who received AT chemotherapy were divided into three groups.The first group was treasted with the way of subclavian vein catheterization （56 cases）,the second was treasted with the way of peripherally inserted central catheters,PICC（42 cases）,and the third was venous indwelling needle （50 cases）.In terms of complitions,degree of comfort,expense were compared.Results：In the lumen blocking,expense,one-time conversation to accept operation,venous indwelling needle group was better than the other two groups （P ＜ 0.05）,and in the liquid leakage was inferior than the other two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.In the catheter prolapse,phlebitis,the healthy side upper limb activity limitation,comfort,the subclavian group was better than the other two groups （P ＜0.05）.Conclusion：Subclavian vein catheterization is safe,it has fewer complications,it＇s worth to be popularized.
