摘 要:选择引种的黄甜竹、茶杆竹、硬头黄竹、红竹、苦竹、绿皮黄筋竹、黄杆乌哺鸡、青皮竹、粉单竹和慈竹共10个主要竹种进行纤维形态特征分析,为湖北省竹种资源造纸利用提供科学依据。结果表明:10个竹种中纤维长为1.98~2.89 mm,纤维宽为15.30~21.48μm,长宽比为98~184,壁厚为6.54~9.29μm,腔径为1.34~4.41μm,壁腔比为3.11~12.89,基本密度为0.413~0.721 g/cm3。方差分析结果表明,不同竹种间纤维长度、宽度、长宽比均差异极显著,而壁腔比差异不显著;同一竹种内侧、中部和外侧的纤维长度、宽度、壁厚均差异极显著,而长宽比和腔径比差异均不显著,壁腔比因竹种而异。从相关分析结果看,基本密度与纤维壁厚、纤维腔径和纤维壁腔比相关性较大,而与纤维长度、纤维宽度和纤维长宽比相关性相对较小。对所测指标综合评判,慈竹纤维形态评价最优,是湖北省最适合推广的散生竹造纸竹种。The fiber characteristics and basic density of ten main introduced species in Hubei province were analyzed for their using in pulp and paper industry. The chosen species were Acidosasa edulis, Pseudosasa amabilis, Bambusa rigida, Phyllostachys iridescens ,Pleioblastus amarus,Phyllostachys sulphurea,PhyUostachys vivax,Bambusa textiles, Bambusa chun- gii and Neosinocalamus affinis. The results showed that the fiber lengths were from 1.98 mm to 2.89 mm. The fiber widths were from 15.30 μm to 21.48 μm. The length-width ratios of the fibers were from 98 to 184. The fiber wall thicknesses were from 6.54 μm to 9.29 μm. The cavity diameters were from 1.34 μm to 4.41 μm. The ratios of fiber dual wall to fi- ber cavity diameter were from 3.11 to 12.89. Basic densities of these introduced bamboo species were from 0. 413 to 0.721 g/cm3. Analysis of variance showed that there existed significant differences among these species in terms of fiber length, fiber width and length-width ratio, and that the ratios of fiber dual wall to cavity diameter were statistically the same. The results also showed that there were pronounced differences among fibers in inner, middle and outer part of the same bamboo in terms of fiber length, width and wall thickness, and that no significant differences existed with respect to length-width ra-tio and cavity diameter. As to ratios of fiber dual wall to fiber cavity diameter, some species differ significantly from each other while others exhibited similar values. Correlation analysis showed that there was significant correlation between basic density and 3 fiber dimensions : fiber wall thickness, fiber cavity diameter and ratio of dual wall to cavity. No notable cor- rection was found between basic density and fiber length, fiber width and length-width ratio. Among all these species, N. affinis exhibited the best performances and could be widely planted in Hubei province for use in pulp and paper industry.
