摘 要:分析电解铝残极清理生产现状,针对某生产企业提出的磷铁环压脱清理机的设计任务和要求,根据选型原则确定了整机设计方案,并应用ANSYS Workbench对压脱力进行仿真分析,为压脱油缸的设计提供理论依据。生产实践证明:该机性能良好,满足生产要求,为中小型电解铝生产企业在节约设备投资、降低生产成本、提高生产效率、减轻工人劳动强度和环境保护等方面开辟了广阔的前景。The status of the residue anode cleanup technology in electrolytic aluminum production was analyzed. The cleaning machine design tasks and requirements were put forward by a production enterprise. The whole design was determined according to the selection principle, and the pressure force was simulated and analyzed by ANSYS Workbench to provided theoretical basis for the de- sign of the hydraulic cylinder. Production practices prove the machine has good performance, and meet requirements. It opens broad prospects for the small and medium-sized electrolytic aluminum enterprises in saving equipment investment, reducing costs, improving efficiency, reducing labor intensity and protecting environment.
