摘  要:细长轴的刚性差,极易产生弯曲和振动,影响工件的加工精度和表面粗糙度。在加工前,采用热校直法校直毛坯,并安排必要的热处理工序;在加工时,用中心架或跟刀架提高工件刚性,采用弹性顶尖减少弯曲,选择合理的刀具角度和切削要素,以保证工件的加工质量和提高生产率。Slightness axis is easy to bend and shake in machining process because of stiffness weakness, so precision and rough- ness are out of tolerance. In order to overcome the shortcoming, workpiece was aligned in heat before machining, necessary heat treat- ment process was arranged, center rest or follow-rest was used to improve workpiece stiffness in machining, bend was reduced by using elasticity center, tool's angle and cutting thickness were selected reasonably. So machining quality and efficiency are assured.
