摘　　要：针对采用普通车削加工薄圆盘类工件内外圆柱面存在的困难,以工件平面为装夹基准,设计出专用夹具,解决了薄盘类工件装夹、加工时易变形及震动等问题,保证了加工质量并提高了加工效率。In order to solve the manufacturing problem of the thin round plate workpiece in lathe, taking the end face of the work- piece as the clamping standard, the special clamp was designed. Using this clamp, the workpiece can be fixed reliably, deformation and vibration are prevented, so high quality can be gotten.
