摘 要:针对大压差分注井,为解决其层间注水压差大于可调配压差、分层配水配不开的问题,开展了压差分解配水器的研究,对高渗层实现有效节流降压,控制无效注水。压差分解配水器采用逐级水嘴串联降压结构,增大了高、低渗层的压差调节范围。目前开展现场试验5口井,施工成功率100%。The injection pressure difference among water layers is higher than allocated pressure difference, and separated layer water allocation can not be achieved for high pressure difference separate injection well. To solve these problems, research on pressure difference decomposed water distributor was carried out to realize throttle and pressure reduction of high permeable layers, to control non-effective water injecting. Series connection of water nozzle buck structure was used in this water distributor, so the regulation range of pressure difference between high permeable layers and low permeable layers was increased. The pilot test is carried out in five wells, construction success rate reaches to 100%.
