摘　　要：借鉴新马克思主义城镇化理论,将城镇化视为一种空间实践,从空间的使用价值与交换价值、乡村关系与城市关系、空间与资本这三个方面剖析中国城镇化的历史进程,总结经验与规律,揭示问题与矛盾,进而从空间的角度提出中国城镇化的发展方向与空间策略,建议走基于新型城乡关系的新型城镇化道路,在新型城镇化实践中灵活运用并发展马克思主义。Drawing on the theory of neo- Marxism urbanization and regarding urbanization as a spatial practice, this paper analyzes the historical process of urbanization in China from the three aspects including use value and exchange value, rural relation and urban relation, and space and capital, summarizes the lessons learned and the development laws, and reveals the existing problems and contradictions. Furthermore, the paper proposes the development direction and spatial strategies for the future urbanization in China from the perspective of space and suggests that new urbanization based on new urban-rural relationship should be taken and that Marxism should be developed and flexibly applied to the practice of new urbanization.
