摘　　要：深入分析和研究新形势下的干群关系,进一步协调、整合多元利益,对于建立良性互动的干群关系、巩固党的执政地位具有重要的理论和现实意义。To deep analysis and study on the relationship between the cadres and the masses in the new situa-tion, and to carry out further coordination and integration with multiple interests show important theoretical and practical significance for building positive interaction between the cadres and the masses as well as consolidating the party＇s ruling status.
