半水煤气一步合成二甲醚工业化试生产

摘　　要：介绍了以半水煤气为原料一步合成二甲醚试生产的情况。试产装置由原料气精脱硫、二甲醚合成和精馏提纯等单元组成。CO的单程转化率可达到76%,二甲醚的总选择性可达到70%,精馏后二甲醚纯度大于99%。The industrial trial production of dimethyl ether synthesized from semi-water gas was introduced. The process technique and equipment consist of fine desulfurization of semi-water gas, synthesis of dimethyl ether and purification by rectification. Single conversion of CO and total selectivity of dimethyl ether reached 76% and 70%, respectively. After rectification, the purity of dimethyl ether was above 99%.
