摘　　要：教学秘书是大学基层教学管理人员,在教学管理工程中发挥着重要的作用。大学实验中心教学秘书是实验中心管理的基本力量,其自身素质和业务水平的高低,直接影响着实验中心管理水平。文章详细论述了教学秘书在教学管理中的角色定位、工作任务和作用,分析了教学秘书在大学教学管理中应具备的基本素质。The teaching secretary as grass root teaching administrator, plays an important and irreplaceable rule in the teaching management engineering. The teaching secretary of experimental center is the basic force of experimental center management in universities. Their quality and professional level directly determine the experimental center management level. This paper expounds the role and job description of a teaching secretary in the teaching management of a university, and analyzes the quality that a competent teaching secretary should possess.
