摘　　要：近年来,通过外资并购引入资金、技术、管理等生产要素,宁夏重点骨干企业的技术创新能力和核心竞争力由此得到了较大程度的提高。但从外汇管理的角度来看,外资并购后,企业的财务管理、资金往来等方式随之发生了根本改变,这对区域跨境资金的流动可能产生深刻影响。In recent years, introducing some production factors, such as capital, techniques, and management, by foreign capital mergers and acquisitions, technological innovative ability and core competitiveness of key en-terprises in Ningxia have been improved greatly. But from the aspect of foreign exchange management, after for-eign capital mergers and acquisitions, the way of financial management and capital flows has been changed fun-damentally, which has great impact on cross-border capital flow.
