摘　　要：介绍韶钢焙烧厂原材料筛洗工艺系统的优化改进历程,圆筒筛的改进和二次筛分方法的应用,起到了稳定生产、降低成本的作用,实现了较好的社会效益和环保效益.The paper describes the details of the technique optimization and improvement of the raw material screening and washing system for gas - burning lime shaft - kiln in the Calcination Plant at SISG. The improvement of trommel screen and application of the secondary screening method play the role of the steady production and reduce the cost. Successful appli- cation of the technique has achieved better social and environmental benefits.
