摘  要:卤钨灯因其完美的显色性而被广泛应用于商业照明,然而由于其辐射光谱中包含大量红外成分,导致其光效较低。镀有红外反射膜(IRC)的卤钨灯可以实现红外辐射的再次利用,理论上具备显著提高卤钨灯光效的可行性。首先分析了影响IRC卤钨灯光效提高的参数,然后实验制备了IRC卤钨灯,实现了卤钨灯光效的改善,最后结合制备条件,定量分析了灯泡形态、曲面镀膜精度对光效提高的影响,探讨了制备高光效IRC卤钨灯的关键点。Because of the perfect color rendering of the Tungsten halogen lamp(THL), THL is widely used for commercial lighting. However, its spectrum contains a large amount of infrared composition, thus its Luminous efficiency is rather low. THL with infrared reflective coating(IRC) can realize the recycling of the infrared radiation. Therefore, theoretically THL with IRC can have much higher efficiency. This paper analyzes the influence of the parameters of THL with IRC on the effi- ciency enhancement. Then, a THL with IRC is made and 4. 4% enhancement is obtained. The gap between the theoretical prediction and reality is analyzed and the technical neck of THL with IRC is discussed.
