摘 要:针对火电厂给水泵振动的问题,根据不同的振动特征,从给水泵的转子失衡和转子不对中、给水泵的动静配合不当、支撑系统的故障、油膜振荡、流体的流动异常和原动机的故障6个方面论述了给水泵振动故障产生的原因,同时介绍了给水泵振动故障的常用监测手段和诊断方法,并对其处理方式做了简单概括.实践表明:所介绍的方法能及时发现给水泵的异常状态,并能正确、有效地做出判断,预防和消除故障,或者将故障的危害性降到最低程度.Feed-water pump in power plant can be the heart of the human body to maintain the normal operation of the system. In running process, the vibration produced by pump failure will lead to shutdown, which causes severely direct or indirect damage. This article starts with pump vibration characteristics in thermal power plants, which are mainly caused by six aspects such as the feed pump rotor unbalance and misalignment, feed pump rotating and the stationary parts" mis-match, supporting system failures, oil whip, fluid flow abnormalities and prime mover failure to pump. The article also briefly introduces and summarizes the common methods of monitoring and diagnosing pump vibration fault so that people can easily detect the abnormal status of the feed pump, and thus be able to make judgments correctly and effectively to prevent or eliminate the fault and minimize the risk of pump failure.
