摘　　要：目的骨髓间质干细胞在骨髓间质中含量丰富,具有很强的自我复制和分化能力。经过一系列提取与培养,其可通过脑室、动脉、静脉等不同途径移植于脑出血模型,从而为脑出血的治疗开辟新的路径。Mesenchymal stem cells（MSCs）,abundant in bone marrow stroma, have great capacity of reproduction and differentiation. With methods of cell extraction and cell culture, MSCs can be transplanted to brain through different ways, such as the ventricle, arteries and veins. Thus,MSCs have a promising role in the treatment for the intracerebral hemorrhage.
