摘 要:在ADAMS/Car模块中建立FSAE赛车双横臂悬架模型,对模型进行运动学仿真,分析仿真结果,确定优化目标;在ADAMS/Insight模块中设定设计变量、目标函数和约束条件进行多目标优化;根据优化结果修改模型,再次进行仿真分析,并比较优化前和优化后悬架的综合性能。仿真结果表明,优化后悬架系统的运动学性能得到改善。A model of double-wishbone suspension for FSAE racing car was established by ADAMS/Car. Then the dynamic simulation of the model was done, the kinematic performance parameters of the suspension were analyzed to determine optimization objective. Multi-objective optimization was carried out by ADAMS/Insight through setting design variables, target function and constraint condition. Afterwards the kinematic model was modified according to optimization result, and the simulation was analyzed again to compare the total suspension performance before and after optimization. The simulation results show that the kinematic characteristics of the optimized suspension were improved.
