摘　　要：介绍一种基于欧陆数字调速器的电磁搅拌控制系统,该系统以P590+为主要硬件,在PLC软件配合控制下向电磁搅拌线圈提供可调可控的电流。该系统电流的控制精度高且方便,柔性强,配合电磁搅拌装置可应用于各种熔炼炉,对半固态金属达到了很好的电磁搅拌效果。A new control system of electromagnetic stirrer is proposed in this paper, which is based on digital governor P590＋. Cooperated with PLC, the sysetm provides adjustable and controllable current on the magnetic coils of the stirrer. The system has such characteristics： the hadware cureuit is simple and compact, the control programm is reliable, the output current is controlled accurately and so on. The system aided with the equipment of electromagnetic stirrer can be applied to various melting furnaces, which can stir the semisolid metal efIeetively to get better crysteal structure.
