军队院校网络教学存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：针对当前军队院校网络教学建设及使用在不同程度上存在着“三重三轻”现象，即在总体建设规划上重硬轻软、在网络资源建设上重量轻质、在网络教学使用上重建轻用，提出了3个方面的改进对策，即科学制定建设规划，促进硬件建设与软件建设协调发展；整合各方专业教学力量，提升网络资源的质量和水平；采取多种措施手段，推广使用日常网络教学。Aiming at ＂three major and three minor＂ phenomenon in the construction and use of the military academy net- work teaching. They are ＂major in hard and minor in soft＂ in the overall planning, ＂major in weight and minor in quality＂ in the cyber source construction, ＂major in construction and minor in use＂ in the network teaching. This paper puts forward take three measures. First of all, Making plan to promote the hardware construction and software construction developing, then integrating all professional teaching force to improve the quality level of cyber source, and taking some countermeasures to popularize the network teaching.
