摘　　要：随着水库移民后期扶持问题的日益突出,科学、合理确定水库移民后期扶持对象范围迫在眉睫。通过分析我国相关部门水库移民后期扶持对象范围存在的问题,探讨了水库移民后期扶持对象范围诸多问题产生的原因。在此基础上指出了水库移民后期扶持对象范围界定所要实现的基本功能,以提高后期扶持资金的效率和效果,以最有效的方式解决移民的贫困局面。With the prominent of post-supporting issues of reservoir resettlement, it is imminent to scientifically and reasonably determine the scope of reservoir resettlement post-supporting. By analyzing the problems in the scope defining of reservoir resettlement post-supporting, the reasons causing these problems are discussed. The basic functions of scope definition of reservoir resettlement post-supporting are also presented herein in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of post-supporting funds and eradicate the poverty of resettlement with most effective way.
