摘  要:卡基娃水电站工程开始筹建后,右岸2号泄洪洞出口深厚覆盖层边坡受道路施工和骨料加工系统修建影响,造成上部加载、下部阻滑部位减载以及冲沟水流、场内生产生活用水和雨水下渗,抬高了地下水位,导致该部位出现变形体,关系到整个工程的安全,为此,从技术、经济等方面对4种加固方案进行了比选,最终确定选用地表截排水+地下排水+削坡减载+坡面框格梁锚索加固方案。方案实施至今的监测资料表明,变形体已处于稳定状态。After the construction of Kajiwa Hydropower Station, the slope with deep overburden on the outlet of 2# discharge tunnel is deformed because the construction of traffic roads and aggregate processing system lead to the upper of slope being loading, the lower of slope being unloading and the underground water level is raised as the infiltration of runoff, wastewater and rainwater. This deformable body threats the safety of project. Four reinforcement schemes are proposed from the views of technology and economy, and the scheme of "surface water intercepting and drainage, underground water drainage, slope cutting for unloading and reinforcement with surface frame beam and anchorage cable" is finally determined. The actual monitoring shows that the deformable body is in a stable state.
