摘 要:实施考虑是否设置H型钢内加劲板的6个不同几何尺寸的圆支管-H型钢主管T型节点抗压极限承载力试验。介绍节点试验方案,描述节点破坏现象,给出加载端荷载-竖向位移曲线、加载端荷载-主管局部变形曲线以及节点区域应变强度分布曲线,并对圆支管直径与H型钢翼缘宽度之比β以及设置H型钢内加劲板对节点抗压性能的影响进行讨论。试验研究结果表明:无论有无设置内加劲板,增大节点的β值都能有效的提高节点的极限承载力;设置内加劲板后小β值节点极限承载力提高幅度较大β值节点明显;且随着β值增大,极限承载力提高幅度明显减小。当试件β值较小时,整个加载过程节点区域的应变分布都较为均匀;当截面上一旦有测点进入塑性,预示试件就立刻发生破坏。没有设置内加劲板节点试件的极限承载力小于支管全截面屈服荷载;设置内加劲板节点试件的极限承载力均略大于支管全截面屈服荷载。Eurocode3规范相应的计算公式对圆支管-H型钢主管T型受压节点极限承载力的预测不够准确。To study axial compression property of CHS brace-H section chord T-joints, six different fl joint specimens with or without internal stiffeners in H section chord were tested in compression. The test procedure, joint failure phenomenon, load-vertical displacement curves, load-deformation of H section chord and strain distribution curves were presented in this study. The effects of/3 ( defined as the ratio of brace' s diameter to width of H section chord' s flange) and internal stiffeners in H section chord on axial compressive performance of T-joints were also discussed. Test results show that the increase of 13 may effectively increase the ultimate bearing capacity of joints; After welding internal stiffeners in H section chord, the ultimate bearing capacity of joints with small/3value may increase more remarkable than those joints with large/3 value. With ]3 increases, the increasing rate decreases. Strain distribution of joints is uniform in the entire loading process for small/3 value. Once joints go into plasticity, the specimens with small/3 value may fail immediately. The ultimate bearing capacity of joints without internal stiffeners is less than the yield load for entire section of brace, while the ultimate bearing capacity of joints with internal stiffeners is slightly higher than that of brace. Calculation equation for CHS brace-H section chord T-joints by using Eurocode3 can' t accurately predict the ultimate bearing capacity of joints.
