摘 要:通过研究高色低浊水在混凝沉淀过程中所产生污泥量与各种推荐干污泥量公式计算值的差异,发现计算值比实际产泥量低50%以上,进而分析各种产泥因素,修正式内各项系数,建立了新的计算公式,经验证,新公式计算结果与实际产泥量基本一致。研究还发现,在高色低浊沉淀池产生的污泥中有43%以上来自于混凝剂及其相关添加剂,因此提高混凝剂性能是降低沉淀池排泥量的主要因素。By comparing the practical value and the calculated value, which were calculatd by different redommended formulas, of the dry sludge produced in the sedimentation process of the high chroma and low turbidity raw water, it was found that the calculated value was less than 50% of the practical value. Through studying the different sludge production factors, the different coefficients of the formula were modified; therefore, a new formula was set up. It was tested that the calculated results of the new formula could match the practical results basically. It was also found that more than 43% of the sludge in the sedi mentation tank came from the coagulants and related addictives. As a result, it would be the major factor influencing the sedimentation sludge quantity to improve the coagulant and addictive performance.
