摘　　要：以深圳城市供水水质在线监测系统第三方运营监管为例,介绍运营商资质要求、运营工作中仪器设备的监管、工作汇报和例会管理制度的制定实施等经验,并针对监管中的不足提出建议。Taking the regulatory practice of Shenzhen urban water quality on-line monitoring system, which was operated by third-party, as example, this paper summarized the experience in the aspects of operator qualification, equipment supervision in operation, and the developing and implementing of the regulars of report and daily meeting; in addition, some advices were offered for the defaults in monitoring and supervising work.
