非晶纳米晶磁芯在金卤灯电子镇流器中的应用

摘  要:将铁基非晶及纳米晶带材制成环形电感,应用于金卤灯电子镇流器,对比研究了两种磁芯的性能及其对电子镇流器电参数的影响。结果表明,型号为SH70 INT L的金卤灯电子镇流器中的铁氧体磁芯镇流电感换成非晶或纳米晶磁芯镇流电感后,镇流电感的体积减小约48.7%,节约铜线质量27%以上,其电子镇流器工作稳定性更好,节能约24.5%。且非晶磁芯的Bs、Hc、μm等磁性能更优,比纳米晶磁芯更适合用来制作镇流电感。Toroidal inductors made.from Fe-based amorphous and nanocrystalline strips were applied to metal halide lamp electronic ballast. The properties of this two magnetic cores and the influences of them on the electrical parameters of electronic ballast were studied. The results show that, when the ferrite magnetic core is replaced by amorphous or nanocrystalline core in the ballast inductor of SH70 INT L metal halide lamp electronic ballast, the volume of the ballast inductor is reduced about 48.7%, giving rise to copper mass saving above 27%. And meanwhile the electronic ballast works more stably, and its energy-saving is about 24.5%. Furthermore amorphous magnetic core is more suitable to be applied in ballast inductors than nanocrystalline magnetic core for the better Bs, Hc and μm.
