摘 要:基于三维电磁仿真手段,研究了开槽对单Y结微带铁氧体环行器设计及频率特性的影响。结果表明:开槽的长度和宽度对器件频率特性的影响十分显著。适当的开槽处理可以改善环行器的性能,并且能有效降低器件的平面尺寸,实现小型化。对开槽环行器进行优化设计以后,其回波损耗及隔离度的峰值分别可达49.9 dB和29.3 dB,插入损耗在3.56~4.02 GHz的频率范围内低于0.3 dB,带宽达到390 MHz,平面尺寸仅为开槽前的24.7%。Effects of slotting treatment on the design and frequency characteristics of the single-Y junction microstrip ferrite circulator were investigated based on three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation method. The results show that the slot length and slot width provide a notable influence on the frequency characteristics of the circulator, respectively. Proper slotting treatment can improve the device performance. Moreover, the device plane size is also cut down to realize the miniaturization significantly by this treatment. For the circulator with slot by optimal design, the peak return loss and peak isolation arrive at 49.9 dB and 29.3 dB, respectively. Additionally, the insertion loss is below 0.3 dB in the frequency range from 3.56 GHz to 4.02 GHz, the bandwidth reaches 390 MHz, and the plane size decreases to 24.7% compared with the circulator without slot.
