摘　　要：在对国内外数字资源平台评价研究进行述评的基础上,分析影响数字资源平台的主要因素,从数字资源、平台技术、人文环境、组织管理、资源服务、利用效益六个方面构建基于用户的数字资源服务平台评价指标体系,确定指标权重,并进行评价分值结果的计算。The paper analyzes the main factors that affected the digital resource platform based on the comment of digital resource platform evaluation at home and abroad. It also establishes an appraisal index system of digital resource service platform based on users, which is made from 6 aspects, such as digital resource, platform technology, cultural environment, organizational management, resource service and utilization efficiency. The paper determines each index weight and calculates the appraisal score results.
