摘  要:目的 :为了评价冻存皮肤的移植效果。方法 :将 - 2 0℃和液氮中保存 1周、1月、2月的人体皮复温后 ,测定皮肤的琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)活性 ,并作组织学检查。同时将冻存皮肤移植于Wistar鼠背部创面 ,术后第 5天至完全排斥期间每天计算移植皮肤存活率。以新鲜皮肤为对照组。用统计学方法分析移植成活率与SDH之间的关系。结果 :移植 5 ,6和 7d的皮片成活率与SDH均呈显著正相关。结论 :人 -鼠皮肤移植模型是判断冻存皮肤移植效果有效的方法 ,既可反映皮肤移植的成活率 ,又可反映成活期。Objective: To develop an available method for evaluation viability of cryopreserved human split-thickness skin. Methods: The human split-thickness skin sample which was cryopreserved at 20℃ or liquid nitrogen for one week, one month and two months respectively, after rewarming, was measured the viability by Succinic Dehydrogenase (SDH) and its morphometry by light or electrical microscope was performed. Simultaneously, the skin sample was grafted on wound of Wistar rat. During post-transplantation 5 day and the day of whole rejection, the skin graft 'take' rate was recorded everyday. The relationship between graft 'take' rate and SDH was analyzed with statistical correlation rest. Results: Post-transplantation 5 day to 7 day, there was showed a good linear relationship between graft rate and SDH ( P <0.01). Conclusions: This model might be an available method for evaluating the viability of cryopreserved skin. It might express as either skin graft 'take' or graft survival time.
