摘 要:生态环境监测规划是环境规划的重要支撑规划,目前环境监测平台基本都是分系统进行规划和建设的,各个系统的指标由于监测对象不同而采用评价指标体系,对生态环境无法用单一指标进行评估。本文采用生态足迹方法将土地按用地属性分为六类:建筑用地、渔获地、草牧地、林地、农用地和能源用地,运用生态足迹计算模型针对不同的土地类型进行计算,将监测结果转化为可归一计算的碳排放数值,从而得出评价生态环境的单一评价指标数据。本文以中国环境干部管理学院为例,采用上述方法,将影响校园生态环境的诸因素分类为正、负影响因素,分别进行计算,设计基于生态足迹的各监测子系统,将计算结果汇聚在综合监测平台上,直观地进行生态状态评价。The ecological environmental monitoring is an important support for environmental plan. Environmental monitoring platforms currently are basically designed and constructed according to systems. Different evaluation index systems were adopted according to various monitoring objects. The ecological environment cannot be evaluated using a single indicator. In this paper, the land were divided into six major categories based on their ecological footprints, namely, construction land, fishery land, graz- ing land, forest, cropland and carbon uptake land,. Ecological footprint calculation model were used for the calculation of differ- ent types of land and the results were converted to normalized numerical calculation of carbon, to obtain a single evaluation indica- tor of the ecological environment evaluation data, to facilitate management of the ecological environment. Taking Environmental Management College of China as an example, the influencing factors for the ecological environment on campus are classified and calculated as positive and negative factors. This paper designed the monitoring subsystem based on ecological footprint; the calcu- lation results were integrated in the monitoring platform to evaluate the ecological status on campus.
