2010～2012年武汉地区32家医院头孢菌素应用调查

摘　　要：目的：对2010-2012年武汉地区32家医院头孢菌素的使用情况进行分析，为临床合理使用头孢茵素提供参考。方法：采用限定日剂量法，对武汉地区32家医院头孢菌素的总消耗金额、用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）等进行统计、分析。结果：2010～2012年武汉地区32家医院头孢菌素的销售金额逐年增长，且以注射剂为主；第二、三代头孢菌素为主流品种；口服品种用药频度较大；部分品种排序比接近1，同步性好。结论：武汉地区32家医院头孢菌素使用以第二、三代品种注射剂为主，部分口服品种用量较大，同时存在质优价廉品种不多等现象。Objective：To analyse the application of cephalosporins in 32 hospitals in Wuhan during the period of 2010-2012,to provide reference for the rational use of cephalosporins. Methods：The consumption sum and proportion of cephalosporins, DDDs, DDC and the sequenced ratio were analyzed statistically. Results：The consumption sum of cepha- losporins increased year by year from 2010 to 2012. Most of consumed cephalosporins were injective preparations, mainly the second or third generation cephalosporins. The sequenced ratios of several cephalosporins were close to 1. Conclusion： Injections of the second or third generation cephalosporins are predominantly used in 32 hospitals in Wuhan during the peri- od of 2010- 2012, but there are still several oral preparations with large amount usage. Moreover, cephalosporins prepara- tions with good quality at low price are still lacking.
