医院急救设备专管共用模式分析

摘　　要：为探索医院急救设备高效优质管理模式,提高设备使用率和应用质量,利用统计学方法对某医院急救设备专管共用模式进行了分析,探讨了设备的使用效率、经济效益和管理质量,并结合医院工作实际,探讨了医院急救设备专管共用模式的优势和存在问题以及改进措施,结果表明医院急救设备专管共用模式优化了医院资源配置,提高了设备管理水平。To improve the usage rate and quality of emergency equipments in the hospital, the emergency equipment management was studied. The specialized management and common use of emergency equipments in a hospital was analysed with statistical methods. The usage rate, economic effectiveness and management quality of the equipments were evaluated. Based on the practical experience, the superiorities of the specialized management and common use of emergency equipments in hospitals were summarized, and the inferior positions and their improvement approaches were proposed. As a result, the hospital resource allocation was optimized and the equipments management level was improved by using the specialized management and common use of emergency equipments in the hospital.
