摘 要:目的研究N80钢在含有石英砂的不同浓度NaCl溶液中的冲刷腐蚀行为。方法采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)等手段分析腐蚀产物的结构及相组成,通过失重法计算腐蚀速率。结果腐蚀产物主要为FeO及Fe3O4。结论随NaCl浓度的增加,N80钢的腐蚀速率加快,当NaCl质量分数超过7%时,出现明显的点蚀。Objective To study the erosion and corrosion resistance and behavior of the N80 steel in NaC1 solu- tions of different concentrations with 10wt% solid particles. Methods The erosion and corrosion products were ana- lyzed by means of SEM and EDS, and the corrosion rate of the N80 steel was studied by the weight-loss method. Re- sults The corrosion products of the steel were mainly composed of FeO and Fe3 04. Conclusion The corrosion rate of the N80 steel accelerated with the increasing NaC1 concentration, and pitting was formed on the surface of the sam- ple when the concentration of NaC1 was over 7%.
