摘 要:目的研制耐油缩孔电泳涂料。方法制备一种可低温解封的封闭异氰酸酯,将其与常规交联剂复配构架阶梯固化体系,研究不同复配比例对漆膜外观、刀片刃部漆膜厚度、耐油缩孔性能、耐盐雾性能等的影响。结果低温交联剂添加量为阳离子树脂总质量的1.0%~1.5%时,阴极电泳漆膜外观良好,耐油缩孔及耐盐雾性能优良。添加量为1.5%时,漆膜无油缩孔出现,耐盐雾可达1032h以上,耐锐边腐蚀可达1级。结论适当添加低温交联剂可显著提高电泳漆膜的耐油缩孔性能。Objective The preparation of oil shrinkage cavity-resisting cathodic electrodeposition coating was in- troduced. Methods A blocked polyisocyanate with low deblocking temperature was prepared. It was quantitatively added as crosslinking agent for cathodic electrodeposition coatings. Then the oil shrinkage cavity-resisting perform- ance, corrosion performance, and the appearance of coating film were investigated. Results The results showed that the suitable addition amount was 1.0% - 1.5% of the total cationic resin weight. The coating film had good appear- ance. The oil shrinkage cavity-resisting performance was excellent, and even no oil shrinkage cavity appeared when the addition amount was 1.5%. The salt spray resistance reached up to 1032 h and the sharp edge corrosion resistance a- chieved up to level 1. Conclusion Adding the appropriate low-temperature crosslinking agent can significantly im- prove the oil shrinkage cavity-resisting performance of electrophoretic paint film.
