摘  要:针对光谱吸收式CH4气体传感器的微弱信号检测问题,设计了一种基于平衡调制解调芯片AD630的微弱信号检测电路,重点介绍了锁相放大技术测量的基本原理,并给出相应的硬件电路,实验结果表明:该传感器响应时间为12s,测量精度可达0.03%VOL,该电路误差小、性能稳定,能够满足整体性能要求,达到了预定的设计效果。Aiming at the weak signal detection in spectrum- absorptive optical methane gas sensor, a circuit for weak signal measurement is designed based on the balance-based modulator/demodulator AD630. The fundamental principle of lock-in amplifier technology is mainly introduced, and the design of relevant hardware circuit is given. The experimental results show that the response time and measurement precision of the sensor are 12s and 0.03%VOL respectively. Due to the small error and stable performance, the circuit designed in this paper is satisfied with overall performance requirements, and reach our predetermined effect
