山东省区域经济差异分析——基于泰尔指数的分解分析

摘　　要：采用人均GDP、GDP和人口指标对2000年以来山东省区域经济差异进行定量测度,运用绝对差异、相对差异和泰尔指数来描述区域经济差异程度,可以得出结论:山东省区域经济的绝对差异一直在不断扩大,相对差异基本呈缓慢缩小趋势,各区域内部的经济差异是造成山东省总体区域差异的主要原因。从四大区域的比较上看,鲁西北的经济差异程度最大,鲁中地区次之,山东半岛地区的经济差异下降幅度最明显,鲁南地区的经济差异水平最低,但近几年有较明显的上升趋势。最后为缩小区域经济差异提供一些政策性建议。This paper makes the quantitative measurement of regional economic differences of Shandong province since 2000 with the per capita GDP, GDP and population index. It mainly uses the absolute difference index, relative difference index and Thail index to describe the four regional economic differences, and comes to such conclusion： The absolute difference of regional economy in Shandong province has been expanding; the relative difference is slowly narrowing. From the comparison of the four regions we can see that the economic difference in the Northwest of Shandong province is the biggest, next is the Luzhong region. Economic difference in Shandong peninsula area decreases obviously since 2006. Lunan region economy difference is the lowest, but in recent years it has obvious upward trend. Finally, this paper putts forward some suggestions and recommendations for reducing regional disparity.
