摘　　要：在国际化的大背景下,对外贸易商品结构的升级和产业结构的优化对于一国或者地区经济的发展具有很大的促进作用,如何将两者有机结合,使得彼此在相互作用的过程中实现国民经济的提高、社会的进步等目标,需要进一步进行研究,通过理论分析以及实证分析,可以进而针对问题提出建设性意见。In the trend of internationalization, the upgrade of the foreign trade composition and the optimization of industry structure play a great role to the development of the economy in a country or area. But it needs further study on combining the two aspects to interact them with each other to achieve the improvement of the economy and the progress of the society. With theoretical and empirical analysis this paper puts forward some constructive suggestions to the problems.
