短波并药物封闭治疗髌上滑囊炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察短波并药物封闭治疗髌上滑囊炎的治疗效果并与药物治疗比较。探讨其临床应用价值。方法 :搜集 90例经专科确诊的髌上滑囊炎患者 ,并分为甲乙两组 ,甲组 5 0例为观察组 ,用短波并药物局部封闭治疗 ,乙组 40例为对照组 ,采用药物封闭及口服或静滴消炎药治疗。对两组病例的疗效 ,制定统一的评价标准。结果 :甲组 (短波并药物封闭治疗组 )一疗程的治愈率为 76 % ,显效率 90 %。乙组 (药物治疗组 )治愈率 6 0 % ,显效率 80 % ,(p <0 0 1)两组疗效有显著差异。 结论 :短波并药物封闭治疗髌上滑囊炎较药物治疗组可明显的提高疗效 ,缩短疗程 ,降低费用及药物的毒副作用发生率 。Objective: To discuss the value of the clinical application after observation on treatment of superior patella bursal synovaitis with short wave and drug blockage Methods: 90 cases of Superior patella bursal synovaitis patients obtained with certain diagnosis were divided into group A 50 cases who were treatted with short wave and drug blockage as test group and group B 40 cases only with drug blockage and simple drugs intake as control group The uniform standard of curative effect was made to get assessment Results: After one course treatment the curative rate was 76% in test group and 60% in control group,the effective rate were 90% in test group and 80% in control group (P<0 01) There was a significant difference between two groups in curative effect Conclusions: This method could increase the curative effect of superior patella bursal synovaitis andshorten the treating course so that decrease the incidence of the side effect due to drugs It may be most available for the superior patella bursal synovaitis patient
