摘 要:通过氧化反应和超声波分散作用制备了含氧量19.31%、25.43%和31.78%的氧化石墨烯(GO)纳米分散液,研究了GO对水泥复合材料微观结构和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明含氧量为25.43%的GO能够调控水泥水化反应形成规整的花朵状晶体,使得水泥基复合材料的强度特别是拉伸强度和抗折强度显著的提高。提出了GO调控水泥水化产物微观结构的作用机理,认为GO在水泥水化过程起到模板作用具有组装效果,能够调控水泥水化晶体的微观结构。提供了可显著提高水泥浆体韧性的新方法,具有潜在的应用前景。Graphene oxides ( GO ) with oxygen content of 19.31%, 25.43 % and 31.18% were prepared by oxidization and ultrasonic dis- persion.The effect of GO of microstructure of cement paste and mechanical properties of cement composites were investigated.The results indicated that GO with oxygen content of 25.43% could regulate formation of flower-like hydration crystals and increase remarkably the tensile and folding strength of the corresponding cement composites.A possible mechanism of GO mediated formation of flower-like crys-tals was also presented,and think that GO should had template role and seemble effect in forming cement hydration crystals.The research result provided a new pathway to significantly improving the toughness of hardened cement paste and had significant practical applications.
