摘 要:通过采取大掺量粉煤灰、降低水胶比、掺入减水剂等技术措施,研究了大掺量粉煤灰对混凝土抗压强度的影响。试验采用常规的搅拌和成型方法,配制得到水胶比为0.35,水泥强度等级42.5 MPa,粉煤灰掺量40%的混凝土,实测28 d强度为35.2 MPa,60 d强度为52.1 MPa,满足混凝土C40强度等级,并且具有良好的工作性能,其综合性能达到学生公寓高性能混凝土的要求,适用于对混凝土工作性要求较高和对早期强度要求不高的工程。Through such technical measures as using a large amount of fly ash, reducing water-binder ratio and adding water reducing a-gent, study the influence of a large amount of fly ash on the compressive strength of concrete.Test makes up the concrete with water binder ratio of 0.35, grade of cement 42.5 MPa, the amount of fly ash 40% by conventional mixing and molding methods, with the measured in-tensity 35.2 MPa for 28 d, 60 d strength 52.1 MPa, to meet the grade of concrete C40 strength.The concrete has good working performance and is suitable for student apartment high concrete requirements and less demanding early strength of engineering with its comprehensive performance reaching the requirement of high performance concrete.
