摘 要:为探明细粉(机制砂中小于0.075 mm颗粒)对机制砂亚甲蓝值(MB值)的影响规律,通过向洁净机制砂中添加不同含量及特性的细粉进行亚甲蓝试验,研究了作为机制砂中细粉组成的石粉和泥粉的含量、比表面积、矿物特性对MB值的影响。结果表明:不仅细粉的含量,而且细粉的比表面积和矿物特性对MB值均存在影响,但石粉和泥粉的影响规律迥异。泥粉含量、比表面积和矿物特性对MB值的影响非常显著,而石粉含量的影响相对较小,石粉比表面积和矿物特性的影响更是微乎其微。In order to verify the principle ofmicrofines (referring to the particles passing the 0.075 mm sieve)on Methylene Blue(MB ) value of manufactured sand, the influence of microfines amount, specific surface area and mineralogical character on MB value had been studied by adding different amounts and peculiarities of stone dust and clay powder to clean manufactured sand.The result indicated that not only the microfines amount,but also the microfines specific surface area and mineralogical character had influence on MB value ,but the influence law of stone dust and clay powder was quite different.The effect of clay powder amount, specific surface area and mineralogi- cal character was extremely notable ,while the effect of stone dust amount was quite minimal and the effect of specific surface area and mineralogical character was very little.
