摘 要:借助于砂浆流动性与黏度、有机碳吸附量,比较了高岭土、伊利土和膨润土3种黏土对聚羧酸减水刹塑化效果的影响,研究结果表明:黏土掺量在0~5%的范围内,提高其在砂浆中的掺量,砂浆的流动性降低,黏度提高,流动性经时损火增大,外加剂吸附量上升;三种黏土中,膨润土对聚羧酸减水剂塑化效果的影响最大,伊利土最小,这与黏土的矿物组成结构有关。The fluidity, viscosity and organic carbon adsorption of mortar were investigated, in order to compare the effect of three clays on the plasticizing capacity of polycarboxylate superplastieizer (PC), which were kaoline, illite and bentonite.The result showed:while the dosage of clay was 0-5%, with the dosage of clay improved, which was added in the mortar, the liquidity of mortar is reduced, the viscosi-ty was improved, the loss of fluidity was added, and the adsorption volume of PC was enhaced.Among the three kinds of clay, the effect of bentonite on the plasticizing capacity of PC was biggest, and the illite smallest, which had a relation with mineral composition structure.
