摘　　要：主要介绍了HLC-VII压浆剂的自身特性及其用于港口后张法预应力混凝土大管桩生产中的施工技术特点、技术要求和施工效果。应用结果表明:HLC-VII压浆剂为水泥用量3%时,浆体出机流动度18s,24h竖向膨胀率0.12%,抗压强度7d达63MPa、28 d达82 MPa,满足GB/T 25182—2010《预应力孔道灌浆剂》中对压浆材料的技术性能要求,确保了港口后张法预应力混凝土大管桩灌浆生产质量。The HLC-VII grouting agent of own characteristic and application technical characteristics,technical requirements and con- struction effect in the port after tensioning prestressed concrete of large pipe pile production were mainly introduced .The application re-suits show that ：HLC-VII grouting agent for cement dosage of 3%, the fluidity of slurry out machine 18 s, 24 h vertical expansion rate to 0.12%, 7 d of the compressive strength to 63 MPa,28 d＇s to 82 MPa, Performance meet the GB/T 25182-2010 ＂The prestressed duct grouting agent＂ on grouting material of technology performance requirements, In the port after tensioning prestressed concrete of large pipe pile, it will guarantee the quality of the grout production.
