摘　　要：探讨全程安全管理在老年妇科手术中的应用。比较行和未行全程安全管理的老年妇科手术患者的缺陷事件发生率、患者满意率、纠纷发生率及术后并发症发生率。结果表明,在老年妇科手术中应用全程安全管理可提高患者满意度,并降低缺陷事件、医患纠纷及术后并发症发生率。To explore the application of the entire security management in patients with elderly gynecological surgery.The defect event rate,patient satisfaction,dispute incidence and incidence of postoperative complications of elderly patients undergoing gynecological surgery under security management or not were compared.The results showed that the entire security management in elderly gynecological surgery could improve patient satisfaction rate and reduce defects incident,patient disputes and incidence of postoperative complications.
