Deep球囊扩张和支架植入术后治疗糖尿病足的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价Deep球囊扩张和支架植入术后治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法将我院收集的66例糖尿病足患者随机分成两组:研究组(n=33)进行Deep球囊扩张和支架植入术治疗,对照组(n=33)接受常规治疗。追踪观察两组6个月。结果研究组总有效率为88.6%,对照组总有效率为65.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Deep球囊扩张和支架植入术治疗糖尿病足的疗效高于常规治疗,可以大大降低患者的截肢率,提高患者生活质量。Objective To appraise the clinical efficacy of PTA by Deep balloon combined with trestle embed in patients with diabetic foot. Methods Sixty-six patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into two groups-test group （ n = 33 ）, the patients underwent PTA by Deep balloon combined with trestle embed and control group （n = 17）, the patients underwent routine treatment. All the patients were follow up for 6 months. Results The total effective rate was 88.6% in test group and 65.9% in control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The curative effect of PTA by Deep balloon combined with trestle embed is better than the routine treatment. It could give a satisfactory prognosis and decrease the disability rate.
