摘　　要：目的 探讨腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的手术配合要点及方法.方法 分析和总结了20例腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的术前准备、术中配合要点及护理体会.结果 通过充分术前准备及熟练术配合,手术时间由最初的2～3h缩短为1.5h.结论 充分术前准确及熟练术中配合是腹腔镜下全子宫切除术中缩短手术时间、降低术后感染以及保证患者手术成功的关键.Objective To discuss the main points and method of intraoperative care for laparoscopic. Methods Analyzed and summarized 20 cases with laparoscopic hysterectomy preoperative preparation, surgery with point and nursing. Results Through adequate preoperative preparation and skilled with surgery, operative time from the initial 2 - 3h shortened to 1.5h. Conclusions Sufficiently accurate preoperative and skilled laparoscopic surgery with ovarian cancer is surgery to shorten the operation time, reduce postoperative infection and to ensure successful operation.
