摘  要:目的 :研究正常人和高血压患者不同部位动脉缓冲功能的变化。方法 :对 12 0例正常人和 2 0 5例原发性高血压患者应用动脉搏波速度 (PulsewavevelocityPWV)测定仪进行检测。颈动脉 -股动脉PWV(CFPWV)、肱动脉 -挠动脉PWV(BRPWV)和股动脉 足背动脉PWV(FTPWV)分别为反映大动脉和中等动脉扩张性 (Distensibility)的参数 ,并能敏感反映动脉缓冲功能的改变。结果 :无论正常人还是高血压患者 ,CFPWV与年龄和收缩压成正相关关系 (P均小于 0 0 0 1) ,而BRPWV和FTPWV并不随年龄和收缩压的改变而改变。结论 :正常人和高血压患者不同部位动脉节段的缓冲功能发生不同的变化 ,大动脉扩张性降低 ,中等动脉无明显变化。对大动脉缓冲功能变化的早期检测和有效治疗具有重要的临床价值。Objective:To determine artery buffering function at different artery segments in normotensive subjects and patients with essential hypertension. Methods:Automatic pulse wave velocity(PWV) measurement was applied to examine 120 normotensive subjects and 205 hypertensive patients. Carotid\|femoral PWV(CFPWV) and brachial\|radial PWV(BRPWV) and femoral\|tibial PWV(FTPWV) were the parameters reflecting large arterial and middle\|sized arterial distensibility. Results:Carotid\|femoral PWV was positively related to age and systolic blood pressure(both \%P\%<0 001), while brachial\|radial PWV and femoral\|tibial PWV were not changed with age and systolic blood pressure in both normotensive subjects and hypertensive patients. Conclusion:Buffering function among different arterial segments would have different change during hypertension. Distensibility of large artery was reduced, but middle\|sized artery had no significant change. To early examine change of large artery buffering function and to apply effective therapy have important clinical value in essential hypertension.
