摘　　要：广州市肿瘤网络直报系统的建立和完善使全市上报病例数由2009年的21 846例上升至2012年的36 396例,增加了66.6%,报告单位由78家增加至172家。网络整理的数据与病案首页拷贝整理的数据相比,报告质量提高。直报系统适用于广州市肿瘤登记工作。The number of reported cases increased from 21 846（2009） to 36 396（2012） with 66.6%increasing. The reported units increased from 78 to 172. Compared with the method of copying from home page of medical records,the quality of records with Cancer Network Direct Reporting System improved. Cancer Network Direct Reporting System is adequate to cancer registration in Guangzhou.
