摘　　要：总结柏正平主任医师治疗缓解期慢性肺源性心脏病的经验。认为主要病机为虚实夹杂,以虚为主。虚以肺、脾、肾三脏亏虚为主,涉及于心;实则以痰饮、瘀血为重;辨治宜扶正固本,重视化痰逐瘀。并举验案1则。This paper summarizes Professor Bai＇ s experience with chronic pulmonary heart disease at remission stage. It is believed that the main pathogenesis is deficiency mingling with excess, especially deficiency. Deficiency involves in lung, spleen, kidney and heart; excess involves in phlegm retention and blood stasis. Strengthening healthy qi to consolidate constitution as the treatment principle and eliminating phlegm and expelling blood stasis should be emphasized. One proven case is presented.
