摘 要:64只小鼠随机分为4组,雌雄各半。Ⅰ-Ⅳ组,脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)日摄取量分别为0(对照组)、20、40和60mg/kg,试验期52d,试验结束时测定增重及血清中生长激素(GH)和甲状腺素(T4)的水平,观察DHEA对小鼠增重及相关激素水平的作用。结果显示,低剂量的DHEA均能极显著提高雌、雄鼠的增重(P〈0.01),中、高剂量作用不明显(P〉0.05)。低剂量组雌、雄鼠的GH水平明显降低(P〈0.01,P〈0.05);低剂量组的雄鼠rF4水平显著降低(P〈0.05),但中、高剂量组的雌鼠rr4水平极显著高于对照组和低剂量组(P〈0.01)。研究表明,不同剂量的DHEA对小鼠增重及血清中GH和T4水平存在一定程度的影响。Sixty-four mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, half male and half female. In Ⅰ-Ⅳ groups, DHEA daily intakes were 0(control group), 20, 40 and 60 mg/kg, respectively. The test period lasted for 52 days. At the end of the test, weight gain and serum growth hormone (GH) and thyroxine (T4 ) levels were determined to observe the effects of DHEA on the weight gain and related hormones levels in mice. The results showed that the low dose of DHEA could significantly improve the weight in female and male mice ( P〈0. 01 ), while middle or high dose had not significant effect (P〉0.05). In low dose group, the GH levels of female and male mice decreased signifi-cantly (P〈0.01, P〈0.05 ) ; T4 levels of male mice were significantly decreased ( P〈0. 05 ). But in middle and high dose groups, the T4 levels of female mice were significantly higher than those in the control group and low dose group (P〈0. 01 ). It suggested that different doses of DHEA had some effects on weight gain, and the GH and T4 levels in serum.
